  Dr peacock accepted my 95 yo father as patient into advanced health care in Jeffersonville where he is on the board from hospital diagnosis urosepsis. The facility left him in feces and urine for 24 hours and lost his antibiotic prescription. Dr peacock refused to discharge him stating he had not seen him yet so I could transfer him to another rehab. This was not only life threatening to my Dad but left us scrambling for care at last minute. After speaking with his office manager and nursing supervisors they never even called me back.
