    Applied for an entry level job with a minimum requirement of a High school or GED diploma. I have a BS in Business Admin and a little more than two years office experience. I was told I did not qualify for the position. They need to change job qualifications if they want more experience for an entry level job. I mean it is ridiculous for qualifications to specify this "QUALIFICATIONS

    Must have advanced ability with all Microsoft Office software, especially Outlook and Excel.

    Great customer service/personality.

    Previous experience in a manufacturing/production setting is highly desired.

    Minimum education is a HS diploma or GED".

    Then once you apply and you know you are likely over qualified you are told you are not qualified. SMH!!!
